So according to the Windmobile site, their USB stick is 850/1700/1900/2100 HSPA. I'm just curious but why aren't manufacturers putting this kind of chip in their phones so it can basically be a worldwide 3G phone.

There's also the cost. There is a cost for every frequency that's licensed for a phone. Plus it needs to get certified.
